REFUND POLICY

 

We sincerely thank you for choosing 8KeysAcademy and appreciate your purchase with us. We are committed to delivering an exceptional learning experience to our students through innovative teaching techniques. However, if at any point you feel that your learning experience does not meet your expectations, please email us at info@8keysacademy.com.

Upon receiving a refund request, we will conduct a preliminary investigation into the reasons for the refund. We will make every effort to understand and address the concerns of students, parents, or legal guardians and attempt to mediate before issuing a refund on a pro-rata basis.

Please review this policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding any purchase made through us. The refund process shall adhere to the following conditions:

8KeysAcademy offers a 100% refund for unused class credits. Refund requests are processed promptly.
A 5% deduction will be applied to the refundable amount as a Bank’s Refund Processing Charge (subject to change depending on bank and payment method).
All refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering the total number of classes completed from the date of payment until the refund request date against the total number of classes purchased.
The refund policy applies only to paid class credits and does not cover class credits earned through referrals or credits gifted by 8KeysAcademy.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment source. In case of discrepancies, the refund may be processed via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on user convenience.
We will act on your request promptly, and refunds will be issued within 5 business days for users in India and 10-15 business days for international customers.
8KeysAcademy is not liable for delays in the refund process caused by external factors such as banking or payment gateway delays. Students or parents shall have no right to claim interest, penalties, or compensation for such delays.

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails, please check with your bank or Razorpay. 8KeysAcademy is not responsible for failed transactions due to banking issues.
